God has made us to do something

Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.  Psalm 139:16
The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands. Psalm 138:8

Clearly, God has created us to do something!  And as He is omnipotent ... able to accomplish what He purposes ... we will accomplish all He has laid out for us to do.  Moses did not think he was ready to lead men instead of sheep, but God sent him before Pharoa

If God has made us to do something, and if He is omnipotent (able to accomplish what He purposes) then the following is true:
  • I have a Vocation - a calling upon my life which will be accomplished
  • All Resources will be supplied.  I will never be without the resources to accomplish what God has tasked me to do.
  • The Outcome is assured.  I don't have to worry about failure because God has set the task, I am simply the vessel
  • God will reveal to me, in the fullness of His time, the role(s) I am playing in His plan.  If I am unsure of thcurrent role, I can still trust that He is in control and His love for me, as already demonstrated in Christ's death for me, is something I can trust in and depend upon as I travel through this experience of Life.
