On Sabbatical

Many people refer to the time between job assignments as being in transition.  We like to refer to it as a sabbatical.  Professors on sabbatical accomplish three (3) things:

• Expand their network of connections
• Sharpen their technical skills
• Sharpen their focus on what their next assignment will be

This is exactly what God is calling you to do while He is busy preparing your next assignment.
